CableTest
Systems is pleased to announce MPT-SCAN,
its newest interconnect analyzer and user interface designed specifically
to detect micro-opens in wired assemblies during environmental
stress testing. The MPT-SCAN
enables continuous and simultaneous monitoring of all points in
the Product Under Test while subjected to vibration and thermal
cycling.
Key
features include:
- 150 test
point increments
- Low voltage,
12VDC high speed continuity tests
- 1mSec
flex test, open/short
- Scan rate/point
of at least 100,000 times per second (10µSec open capture)
Applications
include testing of mission-critical interconnect systems that
are exposed to environmental stresses during normal operation
such as military connectors, missile control panels and aircraft
power distribution centers.
