CCM II Cord Tester
 The CCM II is
a comprehensive cord test and measurement system designed to meet
the most demanding test requirements. It can HiPot up to 3500 VAC
standard (6000 VAC optional) with a programmable dwell time of up
to 10 seconds.
The CCM II is guaranteed to measure only resistive leakage
current and has a user-selectable capacitance neutralization.
In addition, it performs skin testing to ensure that stray
strands do not exist on or beneath the plug surface and conductor resistance
testing in the range of .020 to .250 ohms.
The CCM II was developed with specific feedback from the
power cord industry to offer outstanding performance and specialized features
including:
- Acceptance Brander - automatically brand accepted cords
- Data Counter - computerized data storage for total quality
control
- Cut-off Knife - automatically cut plug-end of rejected
cords
- Panel Mounted Printer - immediate hard copy of vital
