Advanced Replacement Policy

In the unlikely case of product failure within the first ninety (90) days of ownership, CableTest will, on a best effort basis, ship replacement product(s) of equivalent performance and specifications, or user serviceable replacement part(s) within one (1) business day after notification using CableTest's normal shipping methods. If required, alternate shipping methods can be arranged although there may be additional charges for this service.

Within twenty-one (21) days from the date the replacement parts were shipped (the "Term"), the Customer may return the defective parts to CableTest or elect to purchase same at the prices quoted. In the event that the Customer chooses not to return the defective parts within 15 days of the expiration of the Term (or 36 days from the date the replacement parts were shipped), the Customer shall be deemed to have exercised its right to purchase the replacement parts.
