Return to Factory Service

Non-warranty return-to-factory service has a maximum turn-around time of 10 business days (our qualified technicians are capable of repairing and returning units within 5 to 7 business days). Warranty items (not subject to advanced replacement) returned to the factory will be expedited and returned no later than five (5) business days after receipt.
